When you buy contact lenses online at VisionworksContacts.com, you're purchasing contact lenses from a third party Visionworks’ supplier.

RETURN POLICY:

Terms & Conditions

  • All contact lens orders are verified with your eye care provider's office prior to shipment to ensure your visual needs are satisfied.
  • VisionworksContacts.com guarantees all of the lenses are first quality, factory fresh, and manufacturer sealed. You will receive the exact lenses your doctor prescribed.
  • Our return policy can help to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Satisfaction Guarantee

  • Lenses/Boxes must be unmarked. (No writing, labels, or stickers)
  • The product must be in good condition for resale or credit will not be issued.
  • Return defective or unopened product within 30 days of the invoice date.
  • Defective lenses returned within 30 days of invoice date will receive 100% merchandise exchange.
  • VisionworksContacts.com is not responsible for torn, abused lenses or changes in doctor's prescription or fit.
  • Credit will be issued when product is received to your original form of payment.
  • Please note shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Procedure to VisionworksContacts.com
In order for us to properly process your return, we kindly ask our customers to complete the following steps.

  1. Order replacement lens with VisionworksContacts.com
  2. State the reason for the return in the area provided on the invoice.
  3. Include a copy of the original invoice with your return shipment.
  4. Package your product in a box to avoid damage.
  5. Address your return to the address listed on your invoice.
  6. Please ship your return via a trackable shipping method and be sure to obtain a copy of your tracking number.

Please note the following:

  • Credit will be issued when product is received to your original form of payment.
  • Please note shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Packaging

  • Product must be returned in a box to avoid damage.
  • Products received in envelopes will not receive credit.
  • Vial lens must be returned in the original vial and the vial must be sealed to prevent the solution from leaking during shipment. (Do not send flat packs or contact lens cases.)
  • Products received with improper packaging will be returned to the customer and shipping charges will be incurred.

Product purchased under free shipping promotion

  • Please note returning products shipped under a free shipping promotion, will result in charge back of the free shipping.

Recommended Return shipping method

  • Please ship your return via a trackable shipping method and be sure to obtain a copy of your tracking number.
  • The following couriers use trackable ship methods: UPS, Certified Mail, FedEx, or DHL.
  • VisionworksContacts.com is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
